Appnovation recommended Jira Service Desk as a solution for Technicolor, who needed to be able to exchange real time items with a lifecycle with their vendors. These items included action items, claims, change notices, etc. With Appnovation’s recommendations set out and accepted, the team at Technicolor needed to ensure that they had a proper configuration for their applications, in order for them to fully to utilize Jira Service Desk.
