For over 20 years, Capital One has been offering innovative credit solutions which are tailored to the individual needs of its customers.
Capital One was in the process of transforming their development and other business practices to utilize the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and needed review, guidance and recommendation for areas of improvement for the continued usage of the system.
