Estée Lauder, one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products. With a global reputation for quality and style, a digital experience that matched that brand was a critical need. Estée Lauder was looking to improve the performance of their global sites, and to develop a custom intranet, upgrading them to the Alfresco Enterprise Edition from Community. That’s where our beautification skills came in

The situation? One of the world’s leading skincare and beauty companies needed a digital solution for their intranet and Alfresco Community platform. The business needs? An IT system for all company users, with bespoke functionality and capabilities, and a platform review to ensure success. Add to this the need for training support for company users, and you have a have a multi-layered, digital transformation project.

Estee Lauder makes products that deliver beauty, and transform the way people look. When it was time for their digital platform to have a makeover, we looked to do the same for their digital presence. 

As a certified Alfresco Platinum Partner, we were able to to develop a custom intranet for Estée Lauder, driving enterprise agility and internal communication. The upgraded platform, the Alfresco Enterprise edition,  included a subsequent platform performance review, migration from community to enterprise, full training and support for the client’s team, ensuring they were able to use the new platform, and all functionalities. A digital Alfresco solution, a bespoke new platform for the client.
