Banking services and financial management can sometimes be an information jungle, not only for the customer, but for the website admin too. SWIFT knew it needed an online destination designed to perform, and perform well for the more than 11,000 financial institutions in more than 200 countries and territories around the world that trust their financial messaging services.
Swift was looking for a technical solution that enabled lead generation, improved conversion and would return excellent SEO rankings. The content structure had to be changed from inside-out model to outside-in to cater to customer needs. Key requirements were security, better conversion and content structure that follows end users. Next to that an improved working environment for the web team was an important action item.
With robust security in mind, Swift partnered with Appnovation to create an immersive, brand-identity consistent responsive website, alongside a superior mobile platform.
Appnovation started off with a thorough technical analysis, then built a new website, with improved editorial flows, and reworked all the proof-of-concept sites into the main .com website once the content and design for SWIFT.com was revamped. In addition, the solution included integrations with Salesforce to facilitate Swift’s CRM.
The Appnovation team achieved a flexible and adaptable site plan, while also introducing the option to build secure microsites on the same platform, enabling Swift’s members and customers to communicate securely and exchange standardised financial messages in a reliable way, supporting trade and commerce around the world.
