With campuses in Antwerp, Lier, Geel, Turnhout and Vorselaar, Thomas More is the largest educational establishment for highly skilled professional talents in the province of Antwerp, and acts as a strategic partner for a multitude of important companies and organisations.
In order to support their mission and reach the broadest possible target audience, the university college started looking for a partner to refurbish the existing website www.thomasmore.be.
That's where Appnovation came in.
Using digital expertise to map technical and functional requirements, creating wireframes and tabling a prototype, the project was carefully shaped. Incorporating graphic design, development, ongoing training, support and hosting, our multiple services were fully utilised.
By means of clickable wireframes, we showed our client a digital impression of optimised design and multiple functionalities. Alongside a modern graphic design, in line with their established brand, reflecting and representing the community feel of each of the different campuses.
On delivery, the new website is more of a complete user experience, based on the fundamentals of the old version, but fully optimised and carefully expanded with the extra features, functionaries and user enhancements that were required to elevate the digital experience.
What did we deliver? For students, a more practical overview of the study programs, main subjects and optional courses, needed to facilitate content scanning and quick access to relevant information, as well as a fast route to brochures, registration for events through one website.
We made sure that users on the Thomas More side could quickly and easily add and manage study programs, for example by means of selecting a campus and a template, with all options across each campus, as required.
Additionally, we offered content management assistance for Thomas More web masters, enabling more seamless content options, and allowing study programs to be posted quickly and accurately. Appnovation remains the maintenance and hosting partner for Thomas More.
