Our Work: Avangrid

Challenge

Avangrid, an energy services company, wanted to replace their internal communication process of sending newsletters with a one-stop portal for their 400+ employees. They were looking for a partner to provide a solution that would fit their budget while meeting their business goals.

Solution

We provided a price-efficient proposal that uses a packaged theme instead of a design phase. Our proposal also utilized ‘out of the box’ functionality to keep the price low while fulfilling all outlined requirements. We offered a Drupal 8 solution using a packaged theme. We recommended three themes for Avangrid to choose from. Once a theme was chosen, we moved onto branding as per Avangrid’s style guidelines and then continued onto layout and content. Lastly, we connected the portal to Avangrid’s Google Analytics empowering the team to make data-driven decisions moving forward.

Result

The one-stop newsletter portal we developed not only successfully replaced the old communication method but also enhanced internal alignment across the organization. With over 400 employees now actively using the platform, the portal has fostered a more connected and informed workforce. This has streamlined communication, increased engagement, and provided Avangrid with valuable insights through Google Analytics to continue improving their internal communication strategies.
