Tell us about your role:
My role as Group Director is to make people happy. Happy Strategists = feeling valued, productive, challenged, and continually excited by the work - all while delivering work representative of Appnovation strategic excellence. Happy Clients = feeling equipped to make well-thought-out decisions. And happy Creative/Tech = feeling inspired and gaining clarity.
What’s one of the most interesting parts of your job?
Operating across all levels of strategy makes me feel like I’m travelling through space and time.
What do you love most about what you do?
Solving complex puzzles, being inspired by and inspiring people, and learning new things.
What does being an Appnovator mean to you?
Being an Appnovator means having the ability to think big while also being pragmatic. It’s about having the same mindset as “Bold Ambition. Practical Action.”

Starting new hobbies.
