Vancouver Mayor, Gregor Robertson, this week visited the Appnovation HQ in Vancouver, to discuss business growth in the city and region.
As well as meetings with the executive team, Mayor Robertson, (the incumber since 2008, just a year after Appnovation was founded) delivered an address to the entire team, with a focus on how the City of Vancouver can assist in the growth of the IT sector, and how those plans can ensure that Appnovation continues to grow and prosper in Vancouver, as well as in all the global locations.
Having been named on the Business in Vancouver Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in 2017, the timing of this visit was important. As the address to the company recognized, this not only highlights the Mayor's commitment to the Vancouver business community overall, but also his desire for companies such as Appnovation to enjoy continued fiscal prosperity and employee growth.
