Project Overview

Appnovation were asked to do what we do best: develop, create, and deliver a user-centric, dynamic digital experience for all those at FTSE Russell.

The ultimate concept represented more than just a static transactional site, it incorporated a more important vision: to create a dynamic system, a SMART site continually getting SMARTER.

The overall strategy and delivery plan set out to encompass a wide network of tools and content that resides across the FTSE Russell IT ecosystem.

Requirements from the client included a plan that was designed to allow us to build the platform in a way that customers, as well as LTSE Russell employees, were able to pull relevant content into their own environments.

The modularity also offered many advantages to our design process, ensuring the constant evolution of the FTSE experience, whilst also delivering additional efficiencies. In turn, this allowed the right content to be available to the right user, at the right time.

All the facets of the project deliverables were designed and developed to ensure the ability to maintain an ongoing relationship, while also adding real value to the returning customer experience.

A digital solution, with innovation and results.
