Creating a digital experience to be remembered for 9/11 Memorial – Honouring the lives lost in horrifying attacks is the 9/11 Memorial’s only purpose as they manage the memorial and museum on the World Trade Center site. Delivering an experience that was engaging and informational while driving registrations and donations was business-critical for them. We developed a fully-responsive, mobile-friendly solution that supported the museum’s 2.2 million annual visitors enabled with an enhanced workflow to update content efficiently.
